Our services

Bityem Lab provides software development, mobile app development, AI solutions, cybersecurity, CCTV and surveillance installation, networking and IT infrastructure, branding and digital design, and ICT consulting and training. Specific project scope, pricing, and timelines are agreed upon separately with each client before work begins.

Booking requests

Submitting the booking form on this website is a request for a quote or consultation — it does not create a binding contract. A formal agreement is reached only once both parties agree on scope, pricing, and timeline.

Payments

Payment terms (deposits, milestones, full payment) are agreed upon individually per project and communicated directly with each client.

Intellectual property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, deliverables (code, designs, systems) become the client's property upon full payment. Bityem Lab retains the right to showcase completed work in its portfolio unless the client requests confidentiality.

Limitation of liability

While we take care to deliver reliable, high-quality work, Bityem Lab is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of delivered software, systems, or installations, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our website or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
